AnimalMace Animation Meme Contest - Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

This is a skill-based animation contest ("Contest"). Winners are selected by merit, not random draw. No purchase is necessary to enter.

2. Eligibility

• Open to participants worldwide unless prohibited by local law.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their entry complies with the laws of their country or region.
• By entering, you confirm you are legally permitted to participate in skill-based contests in your jurisdiction.

3. How to Enter

• Create a short animated meme using AnimalMace's character(s) and Blockbuster as the animation tool.
• Entries must be uploaded as YouTube Shorts and posted to your social media with the tag #AnimalMace.
• Three (3) official meme audios will be provided by AnimalMace. Entries must use one of these provided audios.
• Participants may submit one (1) entry per provided audio, for a maximum of three (3) total entries per person.
• Submit your entry by [submission deadline] via [platform/submission method].

4. Judging Criteria (Skill-Based)

Entries will be evaluated on the following criteria:

Winners are selected at the sole discretion of AnimalMace based on the above criteria. This is not a random draw or lottery.

5. Prizes

The total prize pool is $80 USD, distributed as follows:

• 🥇 1st Place: $50
• 🥈 2nd Place: $20
• 🥉 3rd Place: $10

Prizes are paid in USD. Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees applicable in their jurisdiction. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative beyond what is stated.

Prizes are paid out using PayPal or gift cards.

6. Intellectual Property

• AnimalMace retains full ownership of all characters, likenesses, and associated intellectual property used in this Contest. Participation does not grant entrants any rights, claims, or ownership over AnimalMace's characters.
• By entering, you grant AnimalMace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to share, repost, and promote your entry across social media and other platforms, with credit given to you.
• Entries must be original work created by the entrant. Do not submit work you do not own.
• AnimalMace reserves the right, at sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and/or issue a copyright strike or takedown against any submission that depicts AnimalMace's characters in content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience. This includes but is not limited to adult content, content involving controversial topics not suited for all ages, or anything that could damage AnimalMace's brand or reputation. This right applies before, during, and after the Contest period.

7. Content Guidelines

Entries must not contain:

• Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Explicit or adult material
• Content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property

AnimalMace reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these guidelines.

8. Disqualification

AnimalMace reserves the right to disqualify entries for:

• Violation of any of these Terms
• Suspected cheating or collusion
• Entries submitted after the deadline

9. Disputes

All judging decisions are final. AnimalMace is not liable for any disputes arising from the Contest results. Participants agree not to hold AnimalMace liable for any dissatisfaction with judging outcomes.

10. Privacy

Submission of an entry constitutes consent to have your username and work shared publicly in connection with the Contest.

11. Amendments

AnimalMace reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time if circumstances require it.
